What can I do with a swimmer that has a very large buildup of carbon dioxide when he starts his practice. He stops about every 50 to expel it. He has good exhalation with his stroke. Towards the end of his practice, this does not seem to be a problem. Any suggestions?
interesting, i have a problem with burping too--i really need to but i can't while i'm swimming. i can't even if i stop briefly, i think it has to wait until i am done.
