Popping in my shoulder??

I get a popping sensation in the front of my right shoulder when I pull (freestyle). I feels like a tendon (or something) sliding past something else. Does anyone know what that's caused by and/or what to do about it?

Work on proper stroke technique with coach and consult a reputable Ortho if that does that resolve issue.
