Does anyone have recommendations for swim websites where you can view demonstrations other than goswim.com (which I love, but wondering if there are others out there). I looked for a pinned thread but couldn't find one. Thx.

On the left-hand pull-down menu, look under "Resources," then "Media."
There is also a list of other swimming-related sites, and, of course, YouTube has many fine video demos.
If you search these forums for a specific stroke, the resulting threads are quite likely to contain links to video demonstrations (I don't think there is a pinned thread). If you can't find what you want, just ask!
