The Natalie 50 was awesome....was sitting there with my son and we were talking about how underwater work can win or lose a race.....I am always harping on my High Schoolers about that....and she pulled out an amazing race.....won mainly through awesome underwater work.
On the C Final of the 200 IM, when the flags dropped Erik Scalise did do a couple of off strokes to get out of the flags....the ref in his lane raised his hand and the crowd...including me started booing.....In the end it was all worked out.....
