Since we have quite a few folks swimming in the month of December, I thought we should get a thread going. So let's post all those gridges here so they are all out in the open and no one (i.e Rich) can try to back out of them.

Don't worry. You don't need shoulders to swim a 50 fly. I swam it last Dec. when my shoulder was a freakin wreck. I frankly hope I can match that time. All depends on how you hit the walls.
