Slackers! Who worked out over the holiday week?

Um, what holiday? When you're dedicated (make that addicted) to your training logbook the way I am, holidays don't appear on the calendar. If the family doesn't like it, they can find another one. And, I do most of the cooking around our house. It's the only way to insure that there will be enough grease, sugar, protein, starch (note that I don't use the term pasta anymore), alcohol and the other essentials to life. If you think I'm kidding here drop by sometime and I'll feed you. I was sick one day, so I guess that counts as a day off.....
