  • Hmm... sounds familiar. My sympathies. :cry: Do drylands at home too. You'll stay in great shape with your base and some cross training. I will dryland. Lift weights on Tues, take Wed off, spin or yoga on Thurs, weights again on Fri. Next week I start the taper for the meet on the 8th (just means no dryland). Alison
