Great stuff.
When did the rule changes take place?
Not having to touch the wall with your hand in freestyle.
Head underwater in breastroke.
Uneaven hands on the turns in breastroke and fly.
Limiting the length one could stay underwater.
Not touching the wall with your hand in backstroke.
Dolphining on the breastroke pulldown.
Hands exiting the water on breastroke.
Toes over the gutter on the backstroke start.
And the the most confusing, swimming on your stomach in backstroke.
I'm happy to say that most of my master's meets are swum at the University of Minnesota's pool, where a lot of these best times have been posted. Of course, they've been fortunate to host quite a few of the NCAA meets, but even times from '97 are still on the board.
Its a great pool. Doubt it will help me approach anything near top ten status.
Where did you find this information? The information is available on the USA Swimming web site.

Ande,
Where did you find this information? Is it posted somewhere that I can download and print? Did you compile it yourself or find it somewhere? Just curious. It had to take a long time if you did it yourself. Thanks. It is fun to see where you fit in. And to see who you beat.

Two questions:
1. Are the performers/performances list names swapped?
2. Didn't Cielo break 19 seconds four times in one day at NCAAs (in the 50 and leading off the relay, prelims and finals)?
