It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

These kinds of days come and go. Sometimes you gotta swim through it; other times you just gotta get out. Its just one day. Ain't gonna kill you. Sometimes rest is good, especially when you're racing 100 frees soon. :mooning::mooning:
I agree. I went to the pool yesterday after a run and felt like crap. I've been hitting it pretty hard the last couple weeks. I shortened my workout and left. I think it's just part of, blech, getting old and being masters. We're just not full of energy 24/7.
You're probably a bit down from your heel injury too. But remember, in masters, there's always another meet and another season. Are you going to swim the Tropical Splash? Can you go off the blocks and do effective flip turns with that heel?
