It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

You're right. It's not a good plan. Never happen. Others have tried and failed. Distance is overrated; speed is awesome.
No matter what anyone says a well balanced workout a little of everthing is the best way to go. Flippers should always be used sparingly and not during race season.
Paul it is surprising what we can do, even with an injury.
