It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

Now, it may not be a good plan, it may actually lead to me :drown: or I might get :toohurt: or even end up needing a :cane: but at least it's a plan.
Part of the plan is to convince you that this sprinting thing is for wusses and the Truth lies in distance. Failing that I'm gonna switch you to de-cafe.
