It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

Part of the plan is to convince you that this sprinting thing is for wusses and the Truth lies in distance. Failing that I'm gonna switch you to de-cafe. Paul You're right. It's not a good plan. Never happen. Others have tried and failed. Distance is overrated; speed is awesome. Take care of that heel! That sux.
