Paul's swimming blog

It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

With only about 3 months of swimming, I put some good swims in and have set a very solid base to build off of. The most suprising is the 100 Br result. Is that because I swam it well, or that most folks hate Evilstroke? So we'll see how I do in my training in '08. Paul
