Paul's swimming blog

It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

  • Hey folks, this is MY blog :thhbbb: I'm trying not to do the whole 'better living thru modern chemistry thing' and what I'm dealing with is not the common definition of insominia. I can go to sleep and remain asleep for 1-2 hours, then I wake up, then go back to sleep for 1-2 hours, wake up, etc.. The major issue there is I'm not getting to stage 3 sleep or if I do it's not for very long. Last night was a little better cause I fell asleep at about 11 and didn't wake up again until 4:30 or so. BUt I am altering my routine. I'm not drinking any caffeine after 6pm, trying to reduce/eliminate TV viewing after 8:30pm and reducing my reading. We'll see how that goes. Paul
