Paul's swimming blog

It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

Great swimming today! Congratulations and keep up the hard work. I have been swimming for about 3 years or so, consistently for 1 1/2, and I very much recall the challenge of regaining the ability to do those hard sets. I just started reading your posts here and really enjoy them. Your honesty is very admirable. Its a great story, too, from power lifter to accomplished masters swimmer.
