It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.
Yeah on the 1:00 did give me a lot of rest but considering that this was my first time using it I wanted to be cautious and concentrate on the feel thru the water. Next time will be more reps on a shorter interval.
