It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

Not too many folks there plus I had 2 slices of pizza about 2 hours before practice. Note to self: bad idea.
Not motivated and just not feeling it. Don't remember what the workout was, only did about half of it.
