It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

3x200 on 3:15, Was hitting the wall on 150 on the first 2, gutted out the full 200 on the last one.

2x25 Sprint, first on NB on :14, R; 45 second one 1 Breath on :15
2400m in :52
Feel good. Wish I could have gutted out all 3 200s but something to work on.
