It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

  • The backstroke video was pretty far away. However, as you note, your start sucked. :lmao: No matter, you'll get it next time. Did you have the squishy yellow pads? The first length and a half or so, it looked like you needed to put your head back a bit more, to lift the hips up. But then at the end you seemed to put it back more. Also, it's a 50. Arms should not be moving in slo-mo. Speed up the SR. Your free and fly looked good. It did, as I think you noted earlier, look like you misjudged the finish a bit in fly.
