Paul's swimming blog

It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

  • 50 Fly: 30.29. Gridge race with BP. And I was on the outside lane next to him. Swam a solid 25 but I think I was short stroking myself as my stroke count at the turn I used in warm ups left me 2 feet short at the turn so had to kick in. Ugh. Gotta work on that too. Won my heat and beat BP by a body length. Congrats, Paul, a fly well swum. :cheerleader: My fly did not work out so well for me this weekend, as i couldn't seem to get myself going (esp for the 100:dedhorse:), and had a similar issue as you with stroke counts and extra space. I guess it would help to swim SCM a bit more, eh? -jeff
