It's not going to be as interesting as Ande's but I realized when I was powerlifting 10 years ago that this is the best way for me to track and evaluate my progress so here it is.

I've also had problems with my right shoulder, but I've never had anything done or had it looked at. I've taken off weights for about 3 weeks, and will probably stay off them until late Dec/Jan due to some upcoming travel. I hate doing fly to begin with, so I'll take any excuse to not do it, or sub in some *** instead.
