Where can I find Dryland Stretch Cords with Paddles?

I've searched the web and cannot find anyone who sells or manufacturers Dryland stretch cords with paddles attached. I do not want buy the surgical tubing and some how attach the paddles to them. Does anyone know who sells or manufacturers these with various tubing strength? Thanks Terry
