Just me looking for someting like swiming to do here where i have no pool, was thinking of ordering a vasa trainer, but first id love to hear what everyone thinks of them, or tips on using them...

Today, I got in the mail a flyer abut VASA trainers. I am wondering if USMS is selling its membership. they only thing I list my name the way it was addressed on the flyer is how I do it to uSMS.
