How does club affiliation and relay's work?

Everyone on the relay must be a member of the same club. In your LMSC it looks like you have one "regional club", METR, that is composed of swimmers from a number of workout groups. In addition to METR you have the clubs listed below. All four of the relay swimmers would have to have the same club abbreviation on their USMS cards.
