    hornHead: FINA does not have a provision against this like they do in Swimming. In Masters you can have as many registrations as you want in as many countries as you want. Its sounds strange, but until this provision is changed, you will see this a lot. That is not my understanding, unless something has recently changed. You cannot have Masters membership in more than country at a time. The way I understood it is that you must be a member of your federation where you live, but if your country doesn't have a FINA member federation, then you can join another country's federation.
