Do you swim with a cold?

I could feel the darn thing coming on all weekend. I started taking Cold FX yesterday but this morning when the alarm went off I thought no way as I cannot breathe and feel yucky. Do you swim with a cold or am I being a big baby? Katie

With a cold, yes. Temperature (above 99*), no. My average temp is 97.4.
