OK, my pants fit fine at the waist and hips, but too tight at the thigh area.
Is it possible that my breaststroke made my thighs bigger? If so, how do I make them smaller (change my technique somehow?) and prevent it from happening in the future? Or is it a “Breaststroke curse”? :help:
Thanks.

Allen we have done that drill to. It is great.
2fish I don't have to wear socks with my fins. I even ordered them off line and I got the right size. They are great. I was working out and swimming I have had to pull back on the working out. I am only in my 7th week swimming and am up to 4 times a week. I was too sore and I really still need the recovery days. I do try to get out on my bike but that will change as the weather does.
The swimming still bothers my knees. But as I know what is wrong with them and I am not doing anymore damage I just ignore them. Of course that may not happen later on in life. I know I am going to have knee replacements but knowing I can still swim after those is very comforting.
In the meantime I need to drop some weight. It is slowly coming off so that is all good
