Breaststroke and thunder thighs.

OK, my pants fit fine at the waist and hips, but too tight at the thigh area. Is it possible that my breaststroke made my thighs bigger? If so, how do I make them smaller (change my technique somehow?) and prevent it from happening in the future? Or is it a “Breaststroke curse”? :help: Thanks.

I don't really have fat there (I wish I had, them I could fix the problem), even when I was doing ballet you could see my muscles stick out... I don't like it. But I guess since I love breaststroke I have to learn to live with it...and wear more skirts! I don't worry too much about my shoulders, I would like for them to get a bit bigger....
