Here's a thread for the ladies to discuss anything that relates to women and swimming. For example, feel free to discuss how disgustingly ugly fastskins are, how the "curse" can kill a meet, how suits don't fit, how swimming wrecks your hair, how hormones unhinge you, etc.
So you'd blog? From what I have heard, it appears that swimmers either: (1) like blogs and like to get workout ideas; (2) like tales of human suffering; (3) think they're dull as dishwater; (4) think they're self-centered; (5) don't want competitors reading their blog. It just seems odd that there are no chick blogs, to me. Is the forum too, er, old boy networky? I like banter and baiting, but it seems that some don't.
On your shoulder blades?! My B70 left a bit of red at the bottom of my shoulder blades, going under my arm toward the boobs.
dont have to worry about the boob issue, dont have much flotation devices there.

Me neither. I don't think it's a terribly common problem for female masters swimmers.

They're just speed bumps made to slow down swimmers, those who have them and those watching.

No. My secret is Sleep+Chiro= Minimal Fatigue
Sleep works well for me too. Unfortunately, I don't get as much during the school year. :( I think my teammate was getting sleep, but having 40+ old lady fatigue.
Mixing the two does sound gross.

One of my teammates told me recently that she had started taking blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar to fight fatigue. Anyone else tried this?

Spread it on your hair you will automatically loose the gray color.
I heard the blacktrap molasses is good for slowing down the proliferation of gray hair. Never tried it though. I just yank 'em out of my head. :D
