You can get glute implants if you really want a "junk in the trunk" redux. Muffin tops at the waistline are pretty much genetically predisposed. I know some very skinny teen-age girls who have them and have almost gone anorexic to get rid of them. Even though almost all their body fat is gone the crazy muffin tops are still there.
