warm up

I had a interesting swim the other day. I felt like a slug... for about 1500 yds, then finally I was fine. We did a 600 warm up...then 6 - 100 IM's then I think like 2 x100 kicks, I'm thinking was something like 4 or 6 x100 swim in there too, I can't remember but, I do remember when I did our last set which was 6 x75 pulls I was fine. So I stayed after practice and swam an extra 400 yds. I swim with the age groupers and even one said, yea your slow today I was right behind you I'm usually way down the lane.
