I am going to be in the Stamford area for a memorial service for my uncle on Saturday, October 13. Any place to catch an early morning practice (or failing that, a place with a decent pool)? I have to be in Westport, CT by 11:30.

Thanks. Alas, it appears that neither the Stamford nor Westport Y's have any early morning lap swim on Saturdays. I did see that there is an LA Fitness here in Stamford. Hopped in the car and went on over. Apparently there was some flooding last night though and they've lost power. Closed all day. Well, I tried. I guess it wasn't meant to be.
