Abuse we see it everyday I am surprised no one mentioned this attack on a girl who was out past he regulated bed time 7:21 pm in a little bit of police brutality.

Without seeing what else happened before and after tough to make a full judgement...hard to watch but hey...I don't think you can resist arrest and bite a (assault) cop for free, whatever age you are. I'd be pissed at my kid a) for getting busted and b) mouthing off and not complying.
