Me, if I remember my water bottle, ice and water-fountain water.

It is not surprising to me about sodium. I have read about depriving the body of salt. Diabetics who reduce their salt intake to very low levels are at risk of heart attacks.
I was told by my old doctor, salt is the carrier of nutrician to the blood. Blood is salty and attracts salt.
