I am 41 so what ages will be in my category?
I would like to know the breakdown of the ages for competitions.

They run in 5 year groupings. If you're 41--you're in the 40-44 yr group. That's a good place to be--near the younger edge of the age group competing with those who may be closer to 45 than 44.
