If this turns out to be true, how will it affect swimmers who are known for their early morning workouts? Could it end up being counter-productive?
Does anyone know how your sleep needs changes as you age? I feel like I need more sleep than I did 10 years ago. Not getting it though. At least I have a valid will.
I seem to need less, and I believe we might be the same age. I don't need an alarm clock to get up at 4:30, and wake up at that time on the weekends, and force myself to go back to sleep. Usually I am more tired from the week, so I can. But 6-7 is what I usually get.
Dang, 5am, gotta pack breakfast, lunch and out the door.....
