Gull,great article.One confounding variable is that sleep lab studies show there really are morning people and night people.I suspect effects of early workouts for a morning person will be different than for a night person.
Exactly. That's why I can't bond with early bird Geek. Anytime between noon and 9:00 pm is a dandy workout time for me. I'm going to make Mini-Fort quit swimming so I can live longer now that I have some "proof."
