If this turns out to be true, how will it affect swimmers who are known for their early morning workouts? Could it end up being counter-productive?
Gull,great article.One confounding variable is that sleep lab studies show there really are morning people and night people.I suspect effects of early workouts for a morning person will be different than for a night person.I also suspect that if the only time one can/will workout is early,it is better to workout then than not.
