If this turns out to be true, how will it affect swimmers who are known for their early morning workouts? Could it end up being counter-productive?

Did anyone else catch that the early riser pool was OLDER?!
I did notice that. I'm just wondering what they consider old. They were studying ages 23-90 so where is the old cut off. Being 21, old to me is usually far different than someone in their 60s.
To me at least, it doesn't seem like anything really to worry about, but if they find harder evidence it could make things interesting.
