I just found that my SCY 100 Breaststroke from Federal Way is posted at our Oregon Masters Watering Hole website "oregonmasters.ning.com". If you want to see it click "videos".It is on page 2,near the bottom.Comments/critiques are welcome.

Yes,that's the first thing I was told when I talked to our coach.My last pullout was way too shallow also. Thanks for the feedback.
