A report on SCM vitual national championship will probably be given at USAS/USMS convention in September 2007 in CA. There are a lot of new SCM Championship meets in the Fall, including the one to be held 1-2-Dec-2007 at University of Missouri-Columbia which will be the "Missouri SCM Championship".
USMS does not have a lot of bids for the 2 exisiting national championship SC or LCM. Plus, there are provision to have SCM instead of SCY in the Spring nationals.
What is the difference from a virtual national championship and USMS Top Ten SCM ranking ? Why go through the expense of having an actual meet; other then the motiviation to swim next to another fast swimmer ?
