I didn't see Richard Abrahams listed at Nationals. Is he OK? Jackson He is indeed OK. I swam LC with him some this summer but he just wasn't motivated to train hard enough for a big meet so soon after Federal Way.

Thanks for responding. An article I read about him motivated me to begin swimming about two years ago.
