Why not create and organize some new teams by college names under separate USMS affiliations to help create additional interest in Masters Swimming an potentially recruite former swimming alumni for relays?
I know several 40+ Texas alumns that could crush old SMU (pigmy horses) in a 200 medley.

Could those of us who went to really small schools just gang up on everyone else? I went to one of the largests high school, at the time, in Illinios. Then I went to one of this great state's smallest colleges. Maybe we could get handicapped depending on where US News & World Reports ranked our college?
