I had a hernia operation two days ago. Ouch.
I asked the surgeon when can I get back to the pool and he said in a month. This seemed a bit draconian and I thought he was covering his :mooning:
I asked a nurse and she said two weeks which seems reasonable.
I wanted to ask: do any of you guys have experience returning to swimming after a hernia operation? Any tips for me?

My surgery was conventional. The doc said that laproscopic was not applicable in my situation
So I guess I'll be out for awhile :cry:.
