I get the opposite I swim in the evening, then need a good cup of tea. I have that and am restless until about 2 am...I can't quit the tea! I tried...
Give inspirational speeches to the younger female swimmers emphasizing that, if nothing else, taking your clothes off for money is a great career choice.
