I'm a 25 yr old female from Bellingham, MA. I love to swim and would like to fine tune what skills I possess and maybe join a team. Any advice how I coule go about doing this?? :help:

Another thing that could be beneficial to you is to attend a stroke clinic. A lot of teams offer them at a very low cost, or free to members. Stroke clinics are good for new swimmers or experienced swimmers who just need a little refresher (which is pretty much everyone from time to time).
