Dara swam great and continues to improve
Michael's 200 back was awesome
I didn't think Dave Walters would win the mens 100 free
it's awesome how he went out in 23.75, (way behind everyone else)
then he proceeded to back half everyone who went out in 23 low
Watch out for Dave in the 200 free, it's been a better event for him than the 100,
this is a sneak preview for the the 100 free at Olympic Trials next year
it's a very tight heat
also remember, Jason Lezak and Michael Phelps didn't swim
I think it's going to take 48.6 or 7 to make top 6 at trials
