I don't think it's out of the realm of possibililty to have two swimmers under the existing WR in the 200 back tonight. I'm a little surprised Lochte went so "slow" this morning, though. He didn't win his heat and he cut it a little too close for comfort. Dropping six seconds between prelims and finals is a tall order, though.
