    The 3.2 and 1.2 race took place in Lake Washington in the Seattle area. There was a strong current that pushed many swimmers to the east. That's interesting. Early in the race I noticed I was farther from shore (farther east) than a lot of swimmers and started moving in closer. I wasn't sure if it was from a current or from my starting point, which was intentionally on the far east of the pack to avoid the mayhem of flailing arms. I did get closer to shore as the race progressed. I saw someone with a pro-looking camera, probably you, on the boat as I rounded the final turn. Put some more of those 'yellow cap' photos up on your flickr site, maybe I'm in one of them!
