Will they be able to keep the pool water a decent temperature? Or will the water be hot?

Article 107.6, WATER TEMPERATURE
Water temperature between 78 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit shall be maintained for competition.
My understanding is that they have water chillers at the pool in The Woodlands to comply with this rule.
