Has anyone tried these yet or have any pros and cons on them?

I did, they didn't do anything for me....guess my kick is strong as it is. :blush:
They do "show" you right a way if you are doing the kick correctly though!
My coach hated them because they were too hard on her knees.
Some people at our pool liked them ok.
